We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team in Melilla as a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Engagement Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CSR strategies to promote positive engagement with government and non-profit organizations.
Strengthen and expand partnerships within the public sector, fostering collaboration and driving sustainable initiatives.
Advise on the integration of corporate social responsibility into business processes and decision-making.
Monitor and report on CSR performance and impact, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Organize and coordinate community outreach programs and volunteering initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in corporate social responsibility or stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of government and non-profit organizations' operations, policies, and regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
