About the Role
As a Research and Insights Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping Philips' sustainability initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret market data and consumer insights. By leveraging your statistical expertise, you will identify trends and opportunities that align with our commitment to environmental stewardship. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for sustainable product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market research data to identify patterns, trends, and consumer preferences
- Utilize statistical models and techniques to extract meaningful insights
- Develop surveys, questionnaires, and conduct focus groups to gather consumer feedback
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure sustainability considerations are embedded throughout the design process
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Drive continuous improvement in research methodologies and processes
- Contribute to the development of sustainable business strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Economics, Business, or Social Sciences
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, or related roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
