Position: Production Process Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
Manage a team of production specialists and ensure smooth operations.
Optimize manufacturing procedures, including quality control and resource allocation.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Identify and resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in project management software and production planning tools.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
