Supply Chain Operations Manager

Are you a visionary leader with expertise in optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving operational excellence? Bonduelle is currently looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our pioneering team in France's Grand Est region.

About the Role:

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation and logistics processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies regarding transportation and logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and transportation partners to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential bottlenecks.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food processing industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and optimizing supply chain operations.
Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
