Position: Adventure Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

Create and develop innovative tourism experiences that captivate and surprise our customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement exceptional adventure packages
Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences
Identify new opportunities and continuously enhance existing offerings
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty

Requirements:

Proven track record in the tourism industry with a focus on creating outstanding experiences
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and adventure activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
