Position: International Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential strategic partners globally to expand our business presence
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
Create business development strategies to penetrate new markets
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and services for global markets
Monitor regulatory changes in different countries to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, preferably in a franchise/chain industry
Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
