Position: Outdoor Activity Specialist

Job Summary:

Are you someone who thrives on adrenaline and loves the great outdoors? We are seeking passionate adventure seekers to join our team as Outdoor Activity Specialists. As part of our Sports/Fitness department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading exciting outdoor activities for individuals and groups of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute diverse outdoor programs, including hiking, biking, rock climbing, and water sports
Create engaging and challenging activities to enhance participants' fitness levels, skills, and personal development
Provide guidance and safety instructions to ensure participants' well-being during activities
Maintain and inspect equipment and gear to ensure safety standards are met
Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative adventure experiences

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor sports and fitness
Proven experience and proficiency in at least two outdoor activities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with participants and colleagues
First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
