Position: Clinical Advancement Specialist

Job Description:

Play a crucial role in advancing patient care quality and safety initiatives throughout the organization
Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement and develop strategic plans
Lead and facilitate clinical education and training sessions to enhance professional development among staff
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to contribute to evidence-based practice

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, etc.)

Experience in project management and data analysis
