Job Description:

As an Environmental Impact Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the environmental impact of various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the sustainability practices of businesses operating in Wisconsin and assess their effects on the environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research on the environmental impact of different industries in Wisconsin.
  • Collect and analyze data related to energy usage, waste management, and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Evaluate and rate businesses based on their sustainability practices and environmental responsibility.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with industry experts, government agencies, and environmental organizations to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to businesses on improving their sustainability practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of environmental issues, sustainability concepts, and energy conservation.
  • Proven experience in conducting research and analyzing large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
