We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational and professional growth of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the specific needs of our employees
Develop effective instructional materials, including training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in instructional design and delivering training programs
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
