About the Role

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to build and manage online communities and social networks
Monitor and analyze online conversations, trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for brand promotion and reputation management
Create compelling social media campaigns and oversee their implementation across various platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital content, ensuring maximum reach and impact
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital engagement strategies
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
