We are hiring for the position of Artisan Coordinator

About the role:

Coordinate and manage craftsmen's activities, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of projects
Collaborate with artisans to develop creative ideas and innovative designs
Provide guidance and support to craftsmen, promoting skill development and craftsmanship excellence
Maintain a database of craftsmen, their skills, and availability for assignment
Communicate and negotiate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or in the craft industry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Knowledge of different crafts and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
