Join Our Multicultural Team

Position: Cultural Fashion Liaison

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our multicultural team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a dynamic exchange of fashion ideas while promoting multicultural inclusivity.

Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-cultural collaborations between our design team and artisans from various indigenous communities, ensuring that traditional elements are respectfully integrated into our collections
Research and identify cultural trends, ensuring our designs represent a diverse range of influences
Build and maintain relationships with artisans, fashion designers, and cultural experts from different backgrounds
Coordinate fashion shows and events that celebrate our multicultural ethos
Provide guidance to our design team on cultural sensitivities and respectful representation

Requirements

Strong knowledge and appreciation of different cultures, particularly those related to the Corsican region and Mediterranean
Background in fashion, art, or design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Familiarity with sustainable and ethical practices in the fashion industry
Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Corsican or other indigenous languages is a plus
