As a Wellness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among our employees and enhancing their overall fitness levels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Designing personalized fitness programs based on employee requirements and goals.
Conducting fitness assessments and providing feedback on performance and progress.
Leading group fitness classes and instructing employees on proper exercise techniques.
Providing nutritional guidance and counseling to employees.
Creating engaging wellness challenges and coordinating company-wide fitness events.

Requirements:

Proven experience and certification as a Fitness Trainer or related field.
Knowledge of different fitness disciplines, equipment, and wellness techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals.
Ability to design tailored fitness programs based on individual needs.
Strong understanding of nutrition and the ability to provide dietary guidance.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
