As a Wellness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among our employees and enhancing their overall fitness levels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing personalized fitness programs based on employee requirements and goals.
- Conducting fitness assessments and providing feedback on performance and progress.
- Leading group fitness classes and instructing employees on proper exercise techniques.
- Providing nutritional guidance and counseling to employees.
- Creating engaging wellness challenges and coordinating company-wide fitness events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and certification as a Fitness Trainer or related field.
