Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and materials.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with various departments to identify supply chain needs and develop strategies for procurement, inventory management, and distribution
  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee inventory levels and track usage to avoid shortages and minimize wastage
  • Implement systems and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Monitor performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
