We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as an Eco-Tourism Experience Facilitator.
About the Role:
- Create and organize eco-friendly activities for guests, showcasing the natural beauty of the Calabria region.
- Develop and manage sustainable tourism practices to minimize our ecological footprint.
- Coordinate with local conservation organizations and authorities to promote environmental preservation.
- Educate guests on the importance of conservation and responsible tourism.
- Conduct guided tours and provide detailed information about the region's flora, fauna, and cultural heritage.
- Ensure guests' safety during outdoor activities and maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
- A passion for nature, environmental conservation, and sustainable tourism.
- Knowledge of local ecology, history, and cultural customs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Italian, and ideally, an additional international language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in tourism, outdoor education, or related fields is preferred.
- First aid certification and a valid driver's license.
