Position: Fitness and Wellness Specialist

Job Description:

Design and implement fitness and wellness programs to enhance the physical and mental well-being of our employees.
Create engaging and varied fitness activities, including group exercises, classes, and individual training sessions.
Provide expert advice on nutrition, exercise regimens, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Educate employees about the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Collaborate with management to promote safety measures and enforce safety protocols within the workplace.
Conduct regular health screenings, fitness assessments, and workshops.
Develop customized training plans for employees with specific health or fitness goals.
Maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer, Wellness Coordinator, or a related role.
Certification in a fitness-related field (e.g., personal training, sports science, nutrition).
Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition principles, and health-related best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals.
Ability to adapt programs and exercises to accommodate individuals with different fitness levels and needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
Experience in creating and delivering engaging health-related workshops and seminars is a plus.
