Huijbregts Groep is a leading company in Limburg, Netherlands, specializing in sports and fitness-related solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Performance Specialist.

As a Performance Specialist at Huijbregts Groep, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, sports teams, and fitness enthusiasts. Your primary goal will be to enhance performance and optimize training programs for individuals and groups across various sports disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored performance training programs based on individual needs and goals.
Conduct fitness assessments and provide performance evaluations.
Design and deliver strength and conditioning programs to enhance athletic performance.
Utilize technology and data-driven insights to track progress and provide coaching feedback.
Collaborate with other sports professionals, including coaches and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support for athletes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
Proven experience in sports performance training, preferably working with athletes at various levels.
Strong knowledge of sports-specific training principles and techniques.
Certification from a recognized athletic training or conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, NSCA, NASM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize performance data.
Passion for sports and fitness, and a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their goals.
Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
