Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pet services department
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for pets and their owners
- Manage a team of dedicated pet care professionals
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Train and educate staff members on best practices and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory of pet care supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Requirements
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the pet services industry
- Passion for pets and a deep understanding of their unique needs
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
