Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail network, overseeing various franchises and chains.

Maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
