We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Uppsala Internationella Kulturförening. As one of the leading cultural organizations in Uppsala län, we aim to promote international cultural exchange and understanding. To support the growth of our global initiatives, we are seeking a dynamic Fundraising and Investment Specialist.

Your Role:

Identify and engage potential investors and sponsors for our organization's cultural projects and events.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential donors.
Manage existing donor relationships and establish new partnerships to broaden the organization's network.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and investment management.
Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations in all fundraising activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship management roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent analytical and financial analysis abilities.
Strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Understanding of global financial markets and investment strategies.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
