Idaho State Historical Society is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your Role

Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and maintenance to streamline operations and address any issues that may arise.
Assess team performance, provide coaching and mentoring to encourage personal growth and professional development.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
