We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic organization at South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (Xamk). With a focus on fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and creative thinking, we are currently recruiting an Innovation Specialist to contribute to our Franchise/Chain department.

Your Role

As an Innovation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive growth within our Franchise/Chain division. You will be responsible for:

Researching and identifying new market trends and opportunities
Conducting competitor analysis
Developing sustainable business strategies
Establishing and maintaining partnerships with potential franchisees and strategic partners
Providing expertise and guidance in developing innovative solutions

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in entrepreneurial environments
Extensive knowledge of franchise/chain operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
