We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic organization at South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (Xamk). With a focus on fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and creative thinking, we are currently recruiting an Innovation Specialist to contribute to our Franchise/Chain department.

Your Role
As an Innovation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive growth within our Franchise/Chain division. You will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying new market trends and opportunities
- Conducting competitor analysis
- Developing sustainable business strategies
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with potential franchisees and strategic partners
- Providing expertise and guidance in developing innovative solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in entrepreneurial environments
- Extensive knowledge of franchise/chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
