The Role

As our Multi-Cultural Program Manager, you will drive the development and management of innovative arts programs that showcase the rich tapestry of Singapore's multi-cultural heritage. Collaborating with local artists, communities, and organizations, your role will involve curating engaging events, exhibitions, and performances that appeal to a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic programs that highlight the diverse cultural traditions within Singapore.
Identify and collaborate with local artists, cultural groups, and artistic institutions to create impactful initiatives.
Organize and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-cultural events and projects.
Facilitate partnerships with external stakeholders to increase public engagement and participation in cultural activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in program management, preferably within the arts and cultural sector.
Demonstrated passion for multi-cultural arts and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaborations and build relationships.
Excellent project management capabilities to deliver results within challenging timelines.
