Role and Responsibilities:

Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their individual wellness needs and goals.
Offer guidance and recommendations on the best practices for maintaining personal wellness, such as skincare routines, nutrition plans, and stress management techniques.
Educate clients about the benefits of our wellness products and services.
Create and implement wellness programs and workshops to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to reach and engage with a wider audience.
Stay updated with the latest beauty and wellness trends and research to provide expert advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and ideas for process improvements and business growth.

Requirements:

Possess a genuine passion for wellness and the beauty industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing trends and client needs.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Prior experience in customer service or sales-related roles preferred.
Degree or certification in a related field is an advantage.
