Role Overview:

Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Work closely with HR and management teams to integrate diversity and inclusion practices into recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Establish metrics and track progress in diversity and inclusion measures.
Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Lead training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and educate employees on embracing diversity and creating an inclusive culture.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion to continually enhance the company's programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Psychology, HR, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives, preferably in an international or multicultural context.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to diversity and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to support decision-making.
Passionate about driving positive change and fostering an inclusive work environment.
