The Normandy Association of Disability Advocates is a leading organization in Normandy, France, dedicated to promoting inclusivity and empowering individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Position: Action Experience Coordinator
Join us in creating breathtaking experiences that redefine possibilities!
Responsibilities:
- Design and organize action-packed events and adventure activities tailored to individuals with disabilities
- Coordinate with local sports clubs, entertainment venues, and outdoor adventure companies to provide exciting recreational opportunities
- Develop and implement training programs to equip individuals with disabilities with necessary skills for active participation
- Collaborate with volunteers and community partners to ensure seamless execution of events
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of programs and gather feedback from participants
Requirements:
- Passionate about sports, adventure, and entertainment
- Previous experience in event coordination or project management
- Knowledge of adaptive sports and activities for individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English
- Certifications in first aid and safety procedures (preferred)
