The Role: Advanced Technology Engineer

As an Advanced Technology Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced technology solutions specifically tailored for the hospitality industry. Through your technical expertise and innovative thinking, you will contribute to revolutionizing the guest experience, optimizing resource management, and enhancing operational efficiency in hotels, resorts, and other vacation destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and identify advanced technology trends with relevance to the hospitality industry
Design and develop cutting-edge solutions to enhance guest experience, energy efficiency, and sustainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate technology solutions in hotels and vacation facilities
Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on the deployed solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Proven experience in designing and implementing technology solutions within the hospitality or related industry
Strong knowledge of energy management systems, building automation, IoT, and related technologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
