Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join our dynamic Research and Development (R&D) team. As an R&D Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's innovative and advanced technology initiatives. Your work will contribute directly to the enhancement of our production processes, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate new technologies applicable to our food production industry.
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes, techniques, and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test prototypes for new products.
Analyze and interpret data from various experiments and simulations.
Optimize current production methods to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
Coordinate and liaise with external partners, suppliers, and laboratories.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in research and development roles, ideally within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of technological advancements in food processing, preservation, and quality control.
Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and experimental design.
Proficiency in CAD software and/or simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
