Position: Creative Content Specialist

Job Description:

Create captivating and compelling content for various marketing channels to engage our diverse audience and promote our brands.
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Events to brainstorm and execute innovative media and advertising campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement and stay competitive in the market.
Manage our online presence, including social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising materials.
Oversee the production of multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and photoshoots.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and platforms, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience within the Village Market.

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or similar roles within the media, advertising, or entertainment industry.
Expertise in utilizing various content creation tools and software, including graphic design software, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and digital content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and understanding of analytics tools is a plus.
