Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing materials for print and digital media, such as brochures, promotional ads, and online campaigns.
Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that adhere to our brand identity.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
Utilize cutting-edge design software to bring ideas to life and enhance the company's visual presence.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality of our visual materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of projects, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven work experience in graphic design or a similar role.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate ideas clearly, and accept feedback gracefully.
A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrated proficiency in designing for various mediums.
