Innovative Energy Solutions Engineer
Centrotherm, based in Thuringia, Germany, is a leading provider of advanced energy solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Innovative Energy Solutions Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative software solutions to optimize energy management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge technologies
- Create and maintain software documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals
- Conduct research to identify new technologies and trends in the energy sector
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of energy management systems and renewable energy technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
