Position: Financial Project Strategist

Job Description:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support sustainable architectural projects
Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
Evaluate project feasibility and risks
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to assess project costs and timelines
Create financial models and forecasts
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support project decision-making
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis and strategic planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
