About the Role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistical aspects of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our supply chain processes, from scheduling deliveries and coordinating shipments to monitoring inventory levels and streamlining transportation routes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the flow of goods through effective coordination with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely delivery of merchandise to stores, minimizing lead times and reducing stockouts.
Track inventory levels, anticipate demand, and implement appropriate inventory management strategies.
Analyze transportation costs and negotiate contracts with carriers to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
Implement and maintain robust systems for warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and logistics systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
