Position Summary:

As a Creative Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and engaging the public with our programs and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative strategies and creative campaigns to inform and educate the community about the various services we offer.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your creative skills to develop impactful marketing materials, including digital content, videos, graphics, and written communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the key messages, target audience, and objectives of each project.
Manage social media platforms, creating compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, target demographics, and opportunities for improvement.
Proactively seek out partnership opportunities within the media and entertainment industry to increase our organization's visibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to enhance our campaigns and overall communication strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in multimedia production tools, graphic design software, and content management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and problem-solve effectively.
