Position: Franchise Development Associate

Job Description:

Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities within the Eastern region.
Collaborate with franchise partners to create and execute development plans.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth areas.
Provide support and guidance to franchisees in operational and strategic matters.
Manage relationships with existing franchise partners, ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual growth.
Monitor competitive landscape and propose strategies to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
Previous experience in franchise management or business development.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
