Job Opening: Child Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate learning activities and programs to promote child development
Monitor the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the children
Create and maintain a structured routine for daily care and educational activities
Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop personalized care plans
Provide individualized attention and emotional support to each child
Document and maintain records of each child's progress and behavior
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Proven experience in working with infants and young children
Sound knowledge of child development theories and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
