Position: Wellness Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Create and implement innovative wellness programs that promote the well-being of visitors and local communities.
Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to develop holistic approaches to tourism.
Design and deliver wellness workshops, retreats, and activities.
Research and identify best practices in sustainable healthcare and wellness tourism.
Establish partnerships with regional healthcare organizations to enhance our offerings.
Evaluate and monitor the impact of wellness initiatives on the community and environment.

Requirements:

Strong background in healthcare or medical-related fields.
Passion for sustainable tourism and wellness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in program development and project management.
Knowledge of local healthcare resources and practices.
