About the Role

As an Innovative Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify legal compliance risks and develop proactive strategies
Conducting comprehensive research on existing and emerging laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Creating and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks
Providing legal guidance and support to various departments within the organization
Designing and delivering compliance training programs to raise awareness and knowledge
Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A bachelor's degree in Business Law, Corporate Compliance, or a related field
Proven experience in compliance management within the food industry or related sectors
Deep knowledge of food laws, regulations, and quality standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
