Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction or real estate industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
