Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction or real estate industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
