Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably within a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with modern customer support tools and software.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
