Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and initiatives across the organization.

Deliver comprehensive compliance training and education to employees at all levels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance practices are integrated into business processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Risk Management.
3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to identify potential risks.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively educate and train employees.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are preferred.
