Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and daily events to provide accurate information to guests
Resolve guest concerns and complaints, striving for prompt and effective solutions
Collaborate with the team to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
