Position: Business Expansion Specialist

Are you passionate about expanding businesses, driving growth, and supporting our franchise partners? Mpact is currently seeking a motivated and strategic-minded Business Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners for strategic growth
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to optimize business outcomes
Monitor and support the performance of franchise partners
Provide guidance and support for operational excellence
Engage in contract negotiation and review regarding business expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of expansion plans
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or chain operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
