Position: Production Engineer

Your Role:

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production.
Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manufacturing instructions and quality control procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
Proficient in CAD software and ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
