Job Position: Multidisciplinary Design Specialist

As a Multidisciplinary Design Specialist at Kistler Instrumente GmbH, you will have the unique opportunity to merge your artistic abilities with cutting-edge technology. Through the art of design, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions that push technological boundaries within our industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and forward-thinking design concepts
Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems
Create and present visually captivating and engaging designs
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies
Participate in user research and testing to gather valuable insights for design improvements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools

Requirements:

Proven experience and a portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, industrial design, or related fields
Proficiency in design software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application to design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
