We are hiring for the position of Performance Events Coordinator:

Position Summary: As a Performance Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the logistical aspects of our live performances and events.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with production teams, artists, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and technical requirements.
Manage venue bookings, permits, and licenses.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for events.
Coordinate pre-event and post-event activities, including setup, tear-down, and cleanup.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during events, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience in event management or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.
