Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join us as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and enhancing the overall experience of our customers, with a specific focus on creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for sports and entertainment events.

Your Responsibilities

Design and execute interactive programs and activities to enhance customer engagement
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and tailor experiences accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and promotions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service
Passion for sports, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and event management software
