Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify sustainable innovation opportunities within the railway construction industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to integrate environmentally friendly practices and technologies into our product line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to drive sustainable initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.
- Manage and monitor the progress of sustainable projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting set objectives.
- Participate in conferences, industry events, and workshops to share knowledge and represent the company's commitment to sustainability.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure sustainable practices are followed across all departments.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and educate employees on sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainable innovation or related research field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability principles, and green technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
