Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Develop strategic and efficient recruitment processes to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Manage and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish
Implement employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice
Build and maintain a network of candidates and industry professionals
Stay updated on current market trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related role
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate and close job offers
Organizational skills and attention to detail
